The reserving process is quite simple and intuitive, the hotel and restaurant services is great, really attentive and friendly, the place is renovated and the rooms are really thoroughly clean.

Pretty awesome and perfectly clean place. The placement is excellent, precisely what we were looking for. Beds ended up pretty comfortable. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere but surely is very good for a full night relaxation. I appreciated my days here enormously and will probably come again for my following stop by here.

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the staff members on the reception were there at all the time. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Very pleasant hotel and good area. I Absolutely suggest Holiday Inn Harrogate!

Good location, every little thing is within walking distance. Personnel are tremendous welcoming and handy and speak great English. You will find activities just about every night time and it´s a great way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s very slight. Great value for the price!

Assuming that you are travelling to Harrogate you should reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
